Note that some provinces, at least Ontario, have also procured millions of tests on their own and so this is just a lower bound on the availability of government funded tests in each province.
It looks a little different if we look at only the tests received over the past month (when the value has been hard to deny). It looks like some provinces have really stepped up their requests, while others have not.
